SEO Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute an SEO strategy focused on driving sustainable, scalable traffic growth.

Analyze organic performance to identify opportunities and prioritize high-impact actions.

Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
Collaboration & Team Leadership

Work with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices and achieve growth goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate SEO into broader marketing and product strategies.
Technical SEO & Content Optimization

Strong background in technical SEO.

Conduct regular site audits to ensure adherence to technical SEO best practices, including site architecture, indexing, and performance.

Manage keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building initiatives to boost rankings and traffic.
Analytics & Reporting

Leverage SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) to monitor and improve performance.

Analyze traffic, rankings, and conversions, providing stakeholders with clear and actionable insights.

Continuously test and optimize strategies to drive growth.
Experience:

3-5+ years of SEO experience, with proven success in driving traffic growth, either in-house or at an agency.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute scalable SEO strategies.
Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of technical SEO, keyword research, and on-page optimization.

Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
Analytical Skills:

Expertise in interpreting data, identifying trends, and driving data-driven decisions.

Experience with A/B testing and continuous performance optimization.
Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills to present strategies and results to stakeholders.

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in the entertainment industry or similar growth-focused industries.

Background in international SEO for multi-language websites.
