We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to take on the role of Senior Manager Organizational Development and help us shape the organization of the future together with the business owners. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Target Operating Model Design: supporting the largest organization development project (design & implementation) within the Building Technologies division. Part of this task will be to set up the organization more efficiently together with various stakeholders within the Building Technologies division. The organizational design is to be globally implemented within all entities.
  • Efficiency benchmarking: benchmarking the Building Technology organization and P&L against relevant competitors as well as other Bosch divisions. Derivation, implementation and tracking of potential improvement measures.
  • Change Management & Communication: setting up a change management and communication plan for the project together with local change representatives and aligning it with other projects. Furthermore, you would be supporting the execution of the change management and communication plan and build a collaborative culture together with various worldwide stakeholders.
  • Playbook for Organizational Design & Efficiency: deriving clear lessons learned from the past large reorganizational programs (2SF & booST) and incorporating those into the new design phase (e.g. How to learn & leverage from CBX technical services as "operational backbone" across businesses).
  • Implementation & result effectiveness: achieving high implementation effectiveness of the organizational model by ensuring that all work streams across our division are aligned. This will involve working closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient setup and implementation of the organization.
  • Functional Excellence: steering and coordinating all functional excellence workstreams along the company's entire global value chain (e.g., HR, IT, Finance & Controlling). Ensuring optimum of functional integration across businesses and level of centralization.
  • Project & stakeholder management: in alignment with the project leader, managing a globally leading strategy consulting firm as well as the worldwide stakeholders ranging from C-level (Group & Division), business unit managers and functional leaders (e.g., Legal, HR).

  • Education: completed university studies in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable subject.
  • Experience and knowledge: preferably 2-3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking or corporate strategy. Proven track record in project management, with experience in organizational projects. Experience in change management and intercultural competence. Ability to effectively communicate to various stakeholders (C-level, senior management, work council).
  • Personality and working practice: passionate, proactive and performance oriented with a high affinity for cross-departmental cooperation. Strong team player with excellent moderation and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills combined with a self-motivated, structured and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Languages: business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
