Job description
The main purpose of the role is to elevate Unifeeder‘s cooperation with Main Line Operators (MLO) by leading a team of experts who possess profound insights into customer desires and expectations. The primary objective is also to revolutionize the concept of Customer Service by adopting a cutting-edge approach to processes and redefining collaboration with other functions across the organization.
- Mastering Stakeholder Management by ensuring MLO's requirements are fulfilled through the excellent quality of service provided by highly dedicated team members.
- Overseeing and ensuring seamless cooperation with Capacity Management, Commercial, and Operations departments.
- Monitoring NPS results and devising strategic actions based on insights.
- Driving automation and initiating process improvements.
To apply for this position, you should have gained at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role in the customer excellence area. A profound understanding of the shipping industry is required. An excellent command of the English language and a flair for IT systems are a must. To be a strong candidate for this position, you should also have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under considerable pressure, commitment and openness to challenges, as well as analytical skills and creativity in idea generation and problem-solving.
