Hikvision is now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Advisor who will support the HR Team.

Work location: Germany


  • • Creating and posting advertisements and job ads
  • • Keeping the website careers page up-to-date
  • • Searching for recruitment tools and social media channels
  • • Contacting person for agencies and recruitment channels
  • • Arranging interviews; contacting the candidates and interviewers
  • • Making employment offers, employment contracts, files, recruitment plan and introduction
  • • Making overview of recruitment data
  • • Understand both Chinese and Germany cultures, making suggestions on communication, training, and other culture aspects that may impact the success of the business operation.
  • • Plans and carries out events and team-building initiatives for employees
  • • Conducts interviews to follow up on cultural initiatives
  • • Communicates the company's culture goals through internal communications, staff meetings, and one-on-ones
  • • Working closely with HR colleagues on HQ projects (eg: Talent promotion, Talent mapping)
  • • Relocation assistance for expat employees includes contacting the insurance company, visa processing, and other administrative work
  • • Back up and support all other kinds of HR administration tasks
  • • Handle some issues that start-up companies will face

  • • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
  • • HR related background are strongly preferred
  • • An experienced, professional, enthusiastic and reliable person.
  • • Good excel and (HR) system skill
  • • Has an eye for detail and works accurately.
  • • You enjoy working in an international environment where every day is different.
  • • You are flexible, hands-on, a team player and have an understanding for different cultures.
  • • Strong communication skills in English, German and Chinese, both oral and written.
