Hikvision is now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Advisor who will support the HR Team.
Work location: Germany
- • Creating and posting advertisements and job ads
- • Keeping the website careers page up-to-date
- • Searching for recruitment tools and social media channels
- • Contacting person for agencies and recruitment channels
- • Arranging interviews; contacting the candidates and interviewers
- • Making employment offers, employment contracts, files, recruitment plan and introduction
- • Making overview of recruitment data
- • Understand both Chinese and Germany cultures, making suggestions on communication, training, and other culture aspects that may impact the success of the business operation.
- • Plans and carries out events and team-building initiatives for employees
- • Conducts interviews to follow up on cultural initiatives
- • Communicates the company's culture goals through internal communications, staff meetings, and one-on-ones
- • Working closely with HR colleagues on HQ projects (eg: Talent promotion, Talent mapping)
- • Relocation assistance for expat employees includes contacting the insurance company, visa processing, and other administrative work
- • Back up and support all other kinds of HR administration tasks
- • Handle some issues that start-up companies will face
- • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
- • HR related background are strongly preferred
- • An experienced, professional, enthusiastic and reliable person.
- • Good excel and (HR) system skill
- • Has an eye for detail and works accurately.
- • You enjoy working in an international environment where every day is different.
- • You are flexible, hands-on, a team player and have an understanding for different cultures.
- • Strong communication skills in English, German and Chinese, both oral and written.
