- Delivering top-notch software trainings to our (international) customers and partners.
- Deep familiarization with our software, ensuring technical expertise related to our product.
- Accompanying the development and optimization, of innovative and digital, training concepts and programs.
- Qualifying and training new and existing colleagues.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement and development of the ATOSS training department.
- Creating high-quality training documents in both German and English.
- Providing individualized consultation to our customers regarding the topic Trainings.
- Successfully completed studies or vocational training.
- Experience in creating digital learning content, ideally with knowledge of programs like Adobe Premiere Pro and Articulate.
- Professional experience as a Product Trainer or Product Coach in a software context.
- Knowledge of HR or workforce management is nice-to-have.
- Strong technical aptitude and a passion for teaching and knowledge sharing.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to conduct training sessions at other ATOSS locations or at customer sites.
- Native/Billingual English.
