The Department “Controlling & Risk Management DTFS Europe & South America” supports the active management of the business, country CFOs and Controllers as well as Corporate F&C functions by reporting, analyzing, forecasting and planning all relevant business activities for Daimler Truck Financial Services. This includes various controlling disciplines as well as risk management. The aim is to foster business performance by ensuring efficient operations, strict governance and effective decision-making.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
  • Operate reporting, forecasting and planning processes for DTFS Europe & South America, support controllers in local entities
  • Analyze planned, forecasted and actual figures provided by markets and comment on main reasons for KPI deviations
  • Discuss and challenge business performance jointly and constructively with markets to tell the story behind results for regional management
  • Develop and prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports, presentations and perform analysis in order to support management decisions by interpreting and visualizing results
  • Develop and implement automized tools to streamline regular controlling processes
  • Contribute to regional and/or global projects related to business development and strategic initiatives
  • Facilitate and initiate communication between local controllers and F&C departments in DTFS HQ

THAT'S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH
  • Experience in financing/leasing industry and/or captive finance company preferred
  • Experience in Controlling and Risk Management preferred
  • Master in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and communicative skills
  • Well-structured and target-oriented working style
