Joining the HR & Travel Expenses team as a Payroll Consultant, you will primarily collaborate in the management of the ongoing payroll support in SAP. You will be responsible for delivering high quality support performance in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreements and within the agreed budget. You will be participating in a multi-skilled customer-focused team of internal and external resources.
Opportunity to work in an international environment with a different nationalities team. Managing the payroll for several countries: Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, and possibility to participate in projects to implement other payroll countries.

As a SAP Payroll Consultant at TUI Group, you will join the HR & Travel Expenses team, providing support to the Technology Team Lead. This team is responsible for managing TUI's corporate tools related to payroll and travel expenses. We operate in an international environment, supporting HR departments across various countries.
- Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives and standardization of business processes and systems.
- Focus on technical aspects of projects, including payroll developments, data migration, integration, and coordination/participation in development work.
- Ensure quick and effective resolution of issues and concerns.
- Coordinate detailed activities in implementing applications and infrastructures, ensuring integration with other processes/teams.
- Manage the operational relationship with external near shore and offshore development and service providers, focusing on planning, execution, and quality control.
- Maintain proactive and prompt interaction with the end-user community to ensure team success.

SAP HCM knowledge: Payroll run, social security, taxes, accounting, payments.

Customizing SAP HCM: PA, PY, TM.

Payroll Development: Wage types, PY features, PY scheme, PY functions, PY rules.

SAP Notes: Implementation annual legal change packages in HCM, SAP Note Issues & New legal requirements.

Fluency in English is a must, German language skills preferred. Other languages are a plus.
