About Us
Innovative Accounting Made Easy - With our Accounting as a Service product, we empower medium to large international companies in industries such as e-commerce, mobility and EV charging to scale and innovate their financial processes. Project Management Lead (m/f/d)

Location: Münster or Berlin, with flexible working arrangements available
As the Project Management Lead (m/f/d), you will:
- Lead a talented team: Manage a group of 7 experienced Project Managers and Consultants, as well as the Product Owner of our Activation Team. Your team is based in Münster, Berlin and Stockholm
- Drive client onboarding: Define and oversee onboarding processes for new clients, from straightforward integrations to complex international projects.
- Advise and consult: Guide our clients on effectively using our product, including API utilization and configuration options such as dunning processes or billing setups.
- Implement change requests: Understand client requirements and collaborate with Product Owners and the extended team to deliver complex change requests.
- Shape scalable processes: Manage team capacity and stakeholder relationships while designing scalable processes in partnership with peers from our Tech and Operations teams.
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Experience in leading professionals: At least 3 years of team management experience
- Project expertise: Extensive knowledge of software integration and development projects.
- Project management skills: Several years of hands-on experience in project management.
- Industry know-how: Experience in the fintech sector is a plus.
- Language proficiency: Fluent English skills (C1 level); German proficiency is a strong advantage.
