To strengthen our Global Marketing team, we are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager (m/f/d) who will take responsibility for our new brands, projects and products.

  • Development of a mid-term vision, ambition and strategy for our new brands, projects and products, taking into account country-specific market conditions and cultural differences
  • Design and maintenance of brand identity, ensuring brand consistency across all channels
  • Responsibility for the entire brand experience throughout the product lifecycle
  • Conducting analysis of campaign results and consumer insights for continuous improvement
  • Management and maintenance of global brand books to ensure a consistent brand presence
  • Conducting market and consumer research to derive actionable insights
  • Leading the product portfolio and lifecycle management (LCM) to maximize market success
  • Planning and monitoring brand budgets to ensure financial efficiency
  • Sharing, reusing, and leading the global brand community to promote best practices
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty
  • Creating core creative ideas and campaigns to support our brand strategy
  • Defining compelling brand stories based on deep consumer insights
  • Close collaboration with relevant country colleagues

  • Completed studies in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar experience
  • Several years of experience in brand management, ideally in the pharmaceutical or herbal sector
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing brand strategies and campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting market research
  • Creativity combined with a strategic approach
  • Ability to work in a dynamic international environment and lead cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
