About the Role

The Engineer (m/f/x) - Global Customer Quality Management is responsible for tracking the customer portal, summarizing the global quality scorecard, supporting plant customer quality for relevant issues., reviewing 8D reports or organizing 8D for engineering topics, monitoring and negotiating warranty costs, supporting the yearly warranty target definition, and assisting in both customer and internal audits.

Your Responsibilities

  • Track the customer portal.
  • Summarize the global quality scorecard.
  • Support plant customer quality for escalation topics.
  • Review 8D reports or organize 8D for engineering topics.
  • Monitor warranty costs and negotiate costs.
  • Support the yearly warranty target definition.
  • Support customer audits and internal audits.

Who we are looking for

  • Completed university degree in electronic or mechanical industry-related fields.
  • More than 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge and experience in the quality region like (5 tools etc.)
  • Familiarity with problem-solving tools like 8D and Ishikawa.
  • Proficiency in English is necessary; French is preferred.
  • Team spirit and supportive in different cultures.
  • Usage of the statistical analysis tool(Minitab, Q-DAS SPSS etc.)
  • Target-oriented negotiation skill

Your preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge or experience in electronics background.
  • Experience with Stellantis portal or related customers.
  • Proficiency in statistical tools like Six Sigma or Weibull analysis.
  • Knowledge of software development processes under the AUTOSAR structure
  • Risk analysis too
