- Performance optimization: lead continuous improvement initiatives for the performance, processes and governance structures of Commercial and R&D teams within the digital ecosystem by implementing cutting-edge methods, tools and best practices
- Process excellence: drive the design and implement advanced processes, governance frameworks and operational rituals that ensure seamless collaboration across Digital Solutions, R&D, Commercialization and other functional teams, enabling the successful release of digital products and solutions
- Oversee processes: establish and oversee clear ownership of end-to-end processes, ensuring adherence to guidelines, optimal preparation and efficient facilitation of all agile product development and commercialization events, procedures and timelines
- Thought leadership: act as a trusted advisor for key stakeholders in the organization and regularly seek input and feedback to gain insights into concerns, priorities and pain points to optimize collaboration; be an ambassador for cultural change towards agile, solution-oriented ways of working
- Stakeholder alignment: foster seamless collaboration across the digital ecosystem (Endoscopy Solutions Ecosystem & Digital Unit) and other business functions, such as Sales, Marketing and Market Intelligence, ensuring alignment of processes and governance structures
- Manage risks: identify potential risks and bottlenecks within processes and governance structures and develop mitigation strategies to address them
- Enable stakeholders: ensure that relevant stakeholders and teams are educated on the established processes, governance structures and rituals
- Education: master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Engineering or a related field; MBA or an advanced degree preferred (focus on Digital Products or MedTech beneficial)
- Experience: several years of professional experience in process consulting or management, ideally in the healthcare industry or a related field
- Certifications: Lean, Six Sigma or similar certifications advantageous
- Expertise: proven track record in designing and implementing agile product development, commercialization processes, ritual and governance frameworks within complex organizations
- Industry knowledge: strong understanding of regulatory and quality assurance requirements in healthcare and exposure to digital technologies in medical settings
- Process improvement: demonstrated success in leading initiatives to enhance business processes and adopt agile methodologies, creating value and driving high performance
- Global collaboration: experience working in international environments, partnering with stakeholders across multiple regions
- Commercialization skills: solid knowledge of launching and scaling digital products, including market analysis and business development strategies
- Agile expertise: in-depth understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban and Lean and their application to product development
- Problem-solving: strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
- Communication: excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Mindset and attitude: entrepreneurial mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and solution-oriented approach
- Team player: proven ability to inspire, collaborate and build consensus in dynamic and diverse teams
- Critical thinking: commitment to challenging the status quo and fostering innovative thinking
- Willingness to travel (~10%) and work across time zones as needed
- Working style: organized, methodical and adept at managing time effectively
