Neumann Gruppe GmbH, the Headquaters of Neumann Kaffee Gruppe, is located in Hamburg. At NG, we coordinate the activities of the group and manage overall developments strategically. We also support the work of the group companies with various functional areas, such as Compliance, Controlling, IT, Legal, Tax, Risk Control, HR, and Communications.

For our group company, Neumann Gruppe GmbH, we are looking for a Project Manager / PMO (f/m/d) to take on a key role in our global digital transformation process. Based in Hamburg and reporting directly to the Director Group IT & Digitalization, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of the global digitalisation project, ensuring its successful implementation and high-quality outcomes.


  • Collaborate: Work closely with the project team, group companies, the software supplier, external partners, and decision-makers at Neumann Kaffee Gruppe to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Standardize: Define project standards and control methods to establish solid and efficient project management and communication with all parties.
  • Plan & Manage: Oversee project planning, project resource planning, controlling, and documentation to keep the project on track.
  • Implement: Take a responsible role in the global introduction of a digital ecosystem in which MS Dynamics 365 F&O plays a central role and ensure efficient project implementation.

  • Experience: Demonstrate solid expertise in project management or a Project Management Office, particularly in the context of digital transformations.
  • Leadership: In your previous jobs, you were responsible for major projects as part of an international ERP implementation.
  • Skills: Combine strong leadership, organizational, and planning abilities with a keen eye for detail and structure, thriving as a collaborative team player.
  • Communicate: Excel in engaging with stakeholders at all levels, supported by intercultural competence and fluency in English, while embracing occasional travel and on-site presence as opportunities.
