About the role:
You will acquiring new business in the EMEA region through technical promotion and service to new and existing customers, manage and grow existing accounts and support the achievement of agreed volume and revenue targets.
Together in a team of technical engineering you will act as a distributor in the EMEA region for our “Gohsenol” and “Gohsenx” PVOH and “Nichigo G-Polymer” BVOH water-soluble polymers and sell applications in industries with paper processing, 3D printing, food packaging and emulsions.
• Utilize market analysis to set strategic goals and devise actionable plans for regional business expansion.
• Collaborate with product management and technical service teams to design and deliver tailored solutions to new and existing customers.
• Expand sales avenues by exploring new channels and developing a diverse distributor network.
• Pinpoint and engage potential new clients in targeted markets to boost sales revenue.
• Participate in regional conferences and industry events to enhance market understanding and promote Mitsubishi Chemical Group's presence.
• Analyze operational data and market trends to forecast sales and identify expansion opportunities.
• Provide feedback to management on market competition, pricing strategies, and customer interests.
• Educational background in natural science or business is preferred.
• Several years of B2B experience of polymers application in different Industries.
• Proficient knowledge of polymer applications and an adept ability to manage distributor networks.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Business fluent in English and ideally in German
