With a fleet of 287 modern container ships and a Vessel Capacity 2.2 million TEU, as well as a Container Capacity 3.2 million TEU including one of the world's largest and most modern reefer container fleets, Hapag-Lloyd is one of the world's leading liner shipping companies. The Finance Digital Transformation is an ongoing process within the Finance function, centered on S/4HANA greenfield approach (Program fast4ward) and other digital initiatives to elevate Finance at Hapag-Lloyd. We look for a Digital Transformation Organization and Change Management colleague to support planning, managing, and steering all related change management activities along the project, as well as establishing this practice within the Finance Transformation function, which will serve as a basis also for other Digital Initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Identify stakeholders, build engagement plans, and secure buy-in
  • Communicate updates, address concerns, and manage resistance

Change Impact and Readiness

  • Analyse process and role impacts and assess organizational readiness
  • Identify gaps, plan mitigations, and prepare action steps

Training and Communication

  • Create tailored training programs and materials for all user roles
  • Develop and execute a communication plan for consistent messaging

Support and Post-Go-Live Activities

  • Co-create and design the alignment of support structures like Business and IT support teams
  • Gather user feedback and refine processes after implementation

Leadership and Cultural Alignment

  • Coach leaders, Product Owners and Product Managers to champion change and support the teams
  • Align organizational culture and values with the new system

Metrics and Reporting

  • Define adoption success metrics, track progress, and report outcomes
  • Adjust strategies based on feedback and results

  • 5–8 years of experience in Organizational Change Management or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated success in leading change initiatives for large-scale ERP projects, ideally SAP
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (Masters degree nice to have).
  • Certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP, or similar) are highly desirable.
  • Experience with classic and agile implementation methodologies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills to track change readiness and adoption.
  • Experience with global or multi-site ERP rollouts is a strong plus.
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt strategies for diverse teams
