Our New Commodity Development team is looking for YOU! You will be part of our team for hydrogen and climate-friendly ammonia, supporting the energy transition and the transformation of our company towards climate-friendly solutions. You will develop products for our customers and act as an interface between sales managers and the procurement of green raw materials.

  • Gaining of a deep understanding of Uniper's business, its value drivers, and the business environment rotation flexibly upon the individual career development path
  • Learning from and collaborating with experts from many different fields, contributing ideas, and working on own projects with various stakeholders
  • Identification and development of new business opportunities in the hydrogen energy market, including potential customers and strategic partners
  • The coordination and active participation in the creation of H2 business contracts and letters of intent
  • Support the development of new product features based on market feedback and the questioning and optimization of business cases for hydrogen with input from various teams (e.g., technical, market-related, legal, approval-related, regulatory)
  • Assistance in advisory of potential customers, getting feedback on our solutions and training and presentations on our products, both internally and externally

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or economics, engineering, industrial engineering or comparable disciplines
  • Ideally first practical experience gained through internships and/or working student activities in the conceptual development of new business ideas
  • Curiosity and openness to working in an international environment
  • Intercultural experience is crucial, experience abroad a plus
  • Sense of responsibility, proactivity and advanced interpersonal communication skills as well as a drive for continuous improvement with a hands-on mentality
  • Enthusiasm for the development of new green products, sales strategies and/or business development
  • Fluency in German and English is required, additional languages are an advantage
