Senior Internal Auditor (w/m/d)
Our company stands for an open, collaborative and appreciative working environment. We have a dedicated, dynamic internal audit team with four auditors and an assistant who places great value on collaboration. We create an efficient working atmosphere through short routes and quick decisions. Our unit reports directly to the CFO and is an integral part of the dormakaba finance community. We maintain an active exchange with various departments in order to keep our finger on the pulse of the company at all times.
We offer you an exciting mix of audits that are conducted both remotely and on-site. In our dynamic environment you have the opportunity to take on varied tasks and constantly develop yourself further. In your position you will report to the Vice President Global Internal Audit.
A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Responsibilities- Independent execution of audit assignments planned annually or at short notice.
- Identification and analysis of relevant risks through targeted audit procedures with regard to the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and internal controls.
- Presentation of the audit results to the audited areas and the respective management.
- Preparation of audit reports and tracking of the implementation of agreed improvement measures.
- Finally, you will actively contribute to the further development of the audit processes and reports and use your accumulated audit experience in the interests of the team, especially in internal projects.
- You have at least eight years of relevant professional experience and have already worked successfully as a senior auditor.
- You have successfully completed a degree in economics or a comparable qualification.
- We require very good written and spoken German and English skills, mastery of MS Office applications and willingness to travel worldwide.
- Even in a short time, you are able to familiarize yourself with new subjects. You can present facts precisely and comprehensibly, both verbally and in writing, and you have a systematic approach.
- As a communicative and assertive service provider and team player, you also have a confident presence at all hierarchical levels.
- Additional qualifications in the area of audit are also an advantage, as are relevant industry knowledge and experience with SAP systems.
- You also have an affinity for data and numbers. You use large language models like ChatGPT for support.
