  • Development of a comprehensive understanding of enterprise architecture to create appropriate architectural perspectives and leverage frameworks such as TOGAF or SAFe for large-scale projects.
  • Making architectural decisions to implement new solution components within the scope of enterprise architecture.
  • Actively collaborating with stakeholders to promote architectural practices such as BPM, capability mapping, and modeling of business and application architectures.
  • Integrating IT requirements from products into commercial IT and driving the organization's digital strategy.
  • Presenting and discussing architectural decisions in the architecture board to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Collaborating with the central architecture team on architecture-related topics and taking responsibility for effective data management practices within application architecture.
  • Supporting post-merger integration (PMI) projects by conducting gap analyses between the current state and the desired target state for various legal entities.

  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification is required.
  • Experience and Expertise: At least two years of professional experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or related fields. Additionally, proven experience in post-merger integration and gap analysis is essential. In-depth knowledge of the SAP landscape and architecture is required, as well as a solid understanding of various architecture and integration patterns. Practical experience with enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF and the use of tools such as LeanIX is a plus.
  • Personality and Work Approach: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, are necessary for effective communication with stakeholders at all levels. Furthermore, a solid proficiency in architecture modeling tools and methodologies is required. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are also key strengths.
