Teamtailor is an Employer Branding and an ATS SaaS platform used by over 10000 companies, 200.000 users in 90 countries around the world. Building a diverse team with various backgrounds and expertise is at the core of Teamtailor since its very beginning, and is truly a part of our strength today!
Due to continued growth and success of the Teamtailor product globally, we are now looking to improve our outreach in the DACH region. As a result of this focus we are seeking local experience to help build and shape the HR market in the region.
This growth is being led by Maria Böhrer, who has been with teamtailor since 2019 and has grown from a Sales and Business Development Executive through to the Sales Manager DACH during that time.

Outlined below are some of the key responsibilities and skills we are seeking from a potential candidate;


  • Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing and social networks like LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Marketing, Partnerships or Customer Success.
  • Growth mindset: Continuously learning and understanding of our product, internal processes and industry.
  • Team player: Provide ideas, feedback and support to your direct peer

  • Proven experience in outbound sales
  • 1-3 years experience
  • Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting
  • Experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms is highly desirable)
  • Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities
  • The ability to generate their own leads from the ground up
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency. Delivers results in a timely manner
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities
  • Fluency in German and English
