Role description

As a Key Account Project Manager, you will work closely with our global key accounts on various business cases and support them in a changing market environment. In this context, you are open to new projects and solutions through which you can generate the highest possible customer satisfaction in collaboration with our internal specialist departments.

  • Understand client requirements and work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet these needs.
  • Coordinate and manage projects for key accounts, ensuring timely and successful delivery of products or services.
  • Become the main point of contact between the client and the company, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and collaborate with sales teams to drive additional business.
  • Support of business development & internal project management in the areas of: business analytics, business intelligence and process optimization.

  • Experience in dealing with customers (100% customer orientation) and in project management
  • Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve any issues that arise, data-based where possible.
  • Analytical skills to track and report on key account metrics and project progress.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High IT affinity, especially very good MS365 knowledge (especially Excel).
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

  • Cross-departmental insights into various company departments (e.g. as part of internships or a dual study program) is an advantage.
