  • Manage post-market surveillance data collection and processing from various sources
  • Analyze trends and prepare detailed monthly trend reports
  • Facilitate and lead monthly product and market review meetings
  • Organize cross-departmental monitoring sessions to identify corrective actions and ensure product improvements
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align on compliance and product quality objectives
  • Prepare documents like PSUR and PMRR to meet regulatory obligations
  • Handle escalations related to post-market data and ensure proper documentation

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Experience in handling post-market data, trend analysis, reporting and leading product improvement meetings
  • Familiarity with medical device regulatory requirements and standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills and technical understanding of data
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Self-motivated personality capable of working independently while prioritizing multiple tasks
  • Team player with experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and goal-oriented problem-solving
