Working time: Full-time
- Development of belt prototypes and new products for the dynamic (e-)mobility market in close collaboration with customers and colleagues worldwide
- Close collaboration with colleagues from production, marketing and technology development as well as application and process engineering
- Planning, testing and evaluation of test programmes from laboratory to production scale
- Coordinating and training interns, students and trainees
- Continuously analysing and improving existing products and processes to increase quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Lead and manage new product development initiatives from concept to launch, including developing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and ensuring successful commercialisation of products
- Completed university degree in chemistry, physics, process engineering or a related discipline or
- Successfully completed training as a chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d) and many years of professional experience in the industry
- Strong technical understanding
- Experience in the field of structural adhesives and in the automotive industry is an advantage
- Ideally initial project management experience and experience in data analysis (e.g. with Python)
- Strong interest in sustainability topics
- Solution-orientated, independent and structured way of working
- Quick comprehension, assertiveness and creativity
- High level of communication skills and enjoy working in an international and interdisciplinary team
- Fluency in English and German
