ImFusion GmbH is a growing company located in Munich, conducting research, development and consulting in advanced medical image computing technologies and computer vision. Our customers include small and large medical device companies as well as academic research labs. We wish to expand our team with talented and motivated people.

We are expanding from a mainly OEM led business to offering more own turnkey software products. In this context, we are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing & Sales Manager to join our team, with exciting opportunities for both the future of our company and the growth of this role.

This position is offered as a full-time, permanent role based in our Munich office. Hybrid work is possible.


  • As a Senior Marketing & Sales Manager, you are responsible for enhancing the overall external visibility of our company, and developing effective marketing & sales strategies.
  • Campaigns: Create and implement marketing campaigns and material for our overarching technology platform, as well as individual teams' products.
  • Content: Design, draft and write professional digital marketing and sales content, with input from the senior team and external agencies. This includes content for our website, presentation slides, brochures, whitepapers etc.
  • Organize exhibitions at trade fairs.
  • Product Strategy: Conduct market research and work closely with R&D teams to guide product development based on market insights.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, KOLs, clinicians, and industry partners.
  • This role has the potential to grow into a team lead, eventually managing a marketing and sales team.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Business, or related).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or sales within a relevant industry.
  • Excellent English skills, German being optional
  • Excellent interdisciplinary communication skills combined with strong leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
