We're seeking a dynamic (Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Group Talent Acquisition team in Hamburg. In this role, you will oversee the full recruitment process, drive talent acquisition initiatives for our Group functions, and collaborate closely with HR and TA teams across Europe. Your primary focus will be recruiting top-tier talent, particularly in the UK and Germany, to meet the strategic needs of our business. The ideal candidate will have analytical mindset, a passion for Talent Acquisition, and the ability to standardize hiring practices while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Office Requirement: Hybrid, Minimum 3 days per week in the office

What you'll be doing:

  • End-to-End Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to negotiating offers, for a variety of roles including Finance, Tech, and HR.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to fully understand their needs and provide strategic guidance in overcoming hiring challenges.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring journey.
  • Talent Acquisition Project Management: Develop and implement projects alongside the TA team, introducing best practices and innovative solutions to elevate our recruitment processes.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and analyze hiring data to identify talent trends, talent availability, and inform decision-making.


  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruiting and working in-house within a modern Talent Acquisition environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build strong, cross-functional relationships in a global work environment.
  • Experience in improving recruitment processes, documentation, and contributing to broader TA projects.
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to utilize hiring data to drive tactical decisions and improve processes.
  • A passion for continuous learning, staying up-to-date with the latest Talent Acquisition trends and best practices.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
