POSITION OVERVIEW
As the European E-Commerce Manager you will drive the expansion of our online operations within the European market for all portfolio brands. Your responsibilities span the European e-commerce strategy, revenue growth, compliance, inventory management, and data driven decision making. Collaborating with other business leaders and brand marketers, you will ensure accurate EU ecommerce communication through our digital marketing channels while consolidating brand analytics for a comprehensive view of the EU ecommerce success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
> You will collaborate with the Global Ecommerce Business Director to craft and execute a dynamic ecommerce strategy tailored to the European market while ensuring alignment with overarching global goals and objectives
> You will proactively monitor regulatory changes and adapt our processes accordingly
> You will perform inventory forecasting and demand planning initiatives for European operations, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
> You will oversee day-to-day ecommerce operations to maintain seamless website functionality, checkout experiences, and accurate inventory management
> You will model revenue targets for European ecommerce operations and champion innovative initiatives to attain these targets while leveraging deep analysis of sales data conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify strategic opportunities for revenue growth and optimization
> With the help of visual reports you will share the status of the European ecommerce status to key stakeholders
> You will collaborate with European brand marketing and other cross-functional teams to understand digital marketing requirements to support the ecommerce business and to continuously enhance user experience, site navigation, and overall online journey
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
> Bachelor`s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field
> 5+ years of focused European ecommerce experience
> Track record of successfully achieving revenue targets and driving ecommerce growth
> Proficiency in EU ecommerce regulations, compliance, GDPR, and cross boarder shipping
> Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
> Ability to communicate to all levels of an organization with analytics and data visualization tools to tell a story
> Proficiency in relevant ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and MS office suite - in particular MS Excel power user, capable of utilizing advanced functions for data analysis, model creation, and visual reporting
> Proficiency in both German and English languages is required
