Employer Branding/ HR Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)


A job that matters: your tasks

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives based on dormakaba's global employer branding strategy to increase our employer brand awareness, ensure a positive and consistent employer brand image across various channels, and attract top talent to the organization
  • Create engaging content, including employer brand stories, videos, and other multimedia, to showcase the company culture
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to create compelling promotional materials
  • Utilize digital platforms and social media to amplify dormakaba's presence and engage with potential candidates
  • Build relationships with external partners, such as universities and industry associations, to strengthen the employer brand
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with HR goals and objectives
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor practices, and candidate expectations and to optimize recruitment marketing efforts
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in recruitment marketing

An experience that matters: your skills

  • Min. 3 years of professional experience and expertise in the field of human resources and/or communication
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Fluent in German and English with strong negotiation skills
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle confidential information securely
  • Confident demeanour and effective communication with executives, employees, and employee representatives
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a responsible and meticulous work approach. Team player
