- Active support and guidance in PD and daily management meetings
- Planning Kaizen events and maintaining a Kaizen event funnel
- Preparing, implementing and maintaining improvements at Kaizen events
- Leading the diagnosis of workflow and process impediments and other waste across the organisation
- and providing experienced advice on appropriate JBS methods to optimise them
- Instil the JBS mindset to promote improvement thinking, continuous learning and business acumen
- Improve JBS training and facilitation skills, develop plans for and contribute to the training of certified practitioners
- Lead employee development in various JBS tools and Kaizen leadership
- Completed university degree in economics, engineering or comparable specialisation
- Several years of experience in an industrial environment
- Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a general manager's perspective
- Ability to design, develop and implement a roadmap for an operational business
- Ability to participate at all levels of the organisation, from senior leaders, functional leaders to project managers and practitioners in all functional areas
- Very good methodological skills in lean and project management
- Excellent communication skills
