At this moment, we are looking for a Manager Finance Business Partners Production at our ECO3 production site in Wiesbaden, Germany.

The Manager Finance Business Partners Production serves as a bridge between finance and production and is responsible for ensuring that production activities are financially viable and cost-effective. He or she will lead the global production business partner team across our three main production sites in Germany, Brazil and China and will report to the Head of FP&A.


  • Lead team of 6 production business partners. 3 directly in Germany and 3 with a matrix reporting line in Brazil and China
  • Track and analyze production costs (e. g., raw materials, labor, overheads) and ensure they stay within budget
  • Establish standardized production controlling across all global production site to ensure cross-site comparability of the production process
  • Provide detailed cost breakdowns to help identify inefficiencies and opportunities for cost reduction
  • Analyze variances between actual and budgeted production costs, offering explanations and corrective actions where needed
  • Work with the production team to create accurate and realistic budgets and forecasts for production activities

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e. g., MBA) is a plus
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in production management, supply chain, or a related field. Experience in a leadership or cross-functional role is highly valued
  • Certifications like Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred
  • Strong numeracy and IT literacy skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ability to cooperate with different levels of people inside/outside the company
