- Lead and manage a team of data engineers, BI analysts, and IoT specialists.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of SAP BI, Snowflake, and IoT solutions” “Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of (SAP & nonSAP) BI solutions
- Design and implement robust data models, ETL processes, data pipelines, and data integration.
- Collaborate with Analytics consultants & cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all data and Data platforms.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data and processes and systems.
- ensuring the efficient operation of our data systems ”delivering sustainable and operational Analytics solutions team.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of data systems.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data engineering, business intelligence, and data engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Intercultural competence
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or in a similar leadership role.
- Extensive experience with SAP BI, Snowflake, and Reporting technologies.
- Strong expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, data warehousing, and data integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
