Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Banking/Trading Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales efforts within the financial services industry in Western Europe. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in banking technology solutions, a strong network within the financial sector, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth by identifying and targeting major financial institutions and trading firms.
• Develop tailored pitches and presentations that align with client needs, focusing on cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation.
• Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and post-sale support.
• Collaborate closely with marketing to leverage white papers and case studies for effective client engagement.
• Provide feedback to product teams for the continual improvement of solutions.
General Requirements:
• Experience: 7+ years in a senior sales role within the relevant industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field;
• Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
KPIs:
• Achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Average deal size growth year over year.

• Ensure a client satisfaction score of 90%+ on post-sales feedback.
