What we offer

You will take on responsibilities in various projects and actively shape the future of our organization!

  • In this role you will be responsible for ensuring continuous employee and leadership development and talent management by designing related programs that support the needs of the organization.
  • You will initiate and lead global HR projects and initiatives as a project manager or contribute your expertise as a project member.
  • You are responsible to drive cultural transformation from a holistic HR perspective by providing global change management techniques and support change projects.
  • Evaluate business needs and organizational requirements as well as market trends to initiate necessary adjustments and revisions of development related processes.
  • You will provide state of the art support and solutions as a subject matter expert to the business and HR functions involved, offering your expertise in delivering development-related services on a global scale. You will also support your regional HRD colleagues in implementing global development programs in their regions.
  • The position is part-time (30 hours) as a parental leave replacement for a limited period of 24 months


  • University degree in (Business)-psychology, Business Administration or related field of study
  • Profound experience in HR Development, Leadership Development and Talent Management
  • Experience in project management
  • Ideally experience in working remote within an intercultural team
  • Fluent in German and English (min. B2)
