  • Manage and align customer expectations through effective communication and relationship management
  • Actively plan and execute strategies for key accounts, focusing on customer value and satisfaction
  • Conduct regular structured review meetings to assess account health and performance
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing and potential customers
  • Connect and collaborate with global key account teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Gather relevant customer information for RFI/RFP/RFQ processes
  • Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers to strengthen relationships
  • Generate cross-sell and upsell opportunities across all Nippon Express services
  • Collaborate closely with the regional sales community and the Industry Vertical Head for Semiconductor
  • Organize and lead customer review meetings to facilitate dialogue and address concerns
  • Develop, build, and nurture long-term partnerships with global accounts to enhance account penetration
  • Support a successful handover between Sales and Operations, working closely with Customer Care and Implementation teams
  • Provide timely and insightful RFQ Post Mortem analysis to Tender Management and stakeholders involved in the RFQ process

  • Successfully completed an apprenticeship with a diploma in global forwarding or a related field
  • Demonstrated sales skills (both indoor and outdoor) coupled with a strong analytical mindset
  • Over 5 years of experience in air, ocean, rail, and logistics sectors
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual)
  • Strong communication skills to effectively address client inquiries in a timely manner
