Our Strategic Projects Department plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of ENERCON by driving cross-functional initiatives, standardi­zing metho­dologies, and ensuring excel­lence in pro­ject delivery. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic (Junior) Strategic Project Consultant to join our department. You will get actively involved in ENERCON's strategic projects, govern project performance and help professionalize project management practices across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for career starters with first project management experience to contribute to the renewable energy sector.


  • Support project leads in planning and execu­ting strate­gic projects
  • Challenge project approaches, identify risks, and provide construc­tive feed­back to enhance outcomes
  • Ensure alignment between pro­ject outcomes and organi­zational goals
  • Implement tools to track pro­ject perfor­mance and savings in collabo­ration with controlling
  • Create presentations and reports to communi­cate fin­dings at CxO level
  • Standardize project methodologies and build a com­prehensive pro­ject library
  • Moderate working sessions and meetings

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business adminis­tration, engineering, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in pro­ject manage­ment, ideally with a consu­lting back­ground
  • Strong know-how in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familia­rity with data visuali­zation tools (e.g., think-cell, Power BI)
  • Fluent in English and German (at least B2)
  • Analytical knowledge and expe­rience with pro­ject manage­ment tools
  • Excellent communi­cation skills and pro­active, indepe­ndent work approach

Preferred:

  • Affinity for the wind indus­try or the rene­wable energy sector
  • Experience in change manage­ment and tender manage­ment

  • Option to work more than 95% remotely (home office)
