Our German entity was formed recently from the merger of several companies. It generates a turnover of over 500 M€ and has a workforce of 3,500 FTE.
To support its development and structuring, we are looking for a:
Stellvertretender Geschäftsführer Finanzen (M/F/D)
Construction / Public Works / Telecom Networks
Within the German Holding Company, you will report directly to the CEO Germany. You will supervise all the Group's support functions (accounting, controlling, IT, purchasing/logistics, legal and HR). On a day-to-day basis, you are a genuine business partner, providing operational support to the managers of the different entities.
You will also be the operational CFO of one of our entities.
This is a real challenge, and your recruitment comes at a key turning point in our growth, with the consolidation of our activities, the need to standardize practices and structure our way of doing things.
As the person in charge of the Group's financial health, you will supervise the achievement of a bold Business Plan and provide the CEO with the appropriate insights and management resources.
In this strategic position, you will manage our relations with the holding company in France, our banking relations, our legal obligations and our financial communications.
In this central position in our development project, you will constantly move from a macro vision to an operational reality; you can not only supervise (getting things done) but also do things yourself. You'll listen, make suggestions, get people on board, evaluate, guide and support everyone you deal with.
With a higher education background, you have proven experience (around 15 years) of working in an international environment, ideally with experience abroad and in high growth contexts.
Your knowledge of the construction/civil engineering sector has enabled you to acquire effective reflexes in dealing with complex WIP issues.
In addition to your knowledge of our sector, we will be looking for your ability to act as a true orchestral conductor in our development and transformation, at both operational and strategic levels.
In our international environment, in addition to German, you will work in English on a daily basis.
