Shape the future with us as Senior Compliance Officer - Data Protection (m/f/d) and strengthen our Group Compliance Office of KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA at our HQ in Einbeck, Southern Lower Saxony (preferred) or at the Berlin location.
This vacancy is permanent and on a full-time basis. We are seeking to recruit our new Senior Compliance Officer team member (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Your Tasks:
  • Communicating compliance as implementation of KWS' corporate values and ethics.
  • Providing international advice and support to KWS companies, in particular on issues relating to data protection
  • Conducting international training, in particular on issues relating to relevant data protection regulations and laws on antitrust law and corruption prevention
  • Dealing with issues relating to data protection law
  • Providing data protection advice and support to our specialist departments, national subsidiaries, and their local DS coordinators
  • Advising on the development of remedial measures and future preventive measures following data protection incidents and breaches
  • Advising all companies on requests for information and deletion of data

Your Profile:
  • Academic degree in the field of law (2nd state examination)
  • Several years of relevant professional experience - preferably in an internationally oriented corporation or law firm
  • Sound knowledge of data protection law
  • Solution-oriented approach to complex legal issues
  • Fluency in English written and spoken; fluency in German is an asset
