  • Assist with organizational and administrative tasks to support the Corporate Development Team:

  • Calendar and travel management, as well as tracking of tasks and deadlines o Organization of meetings, workshops and events with internal and external participants

  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings

  • Office Management, general secretariat work

  • Documentation and knowledge management, to ensure that all the documents are systematically catalogued and easily accessible

  • Support with operational topics:

  • Responsible for purchasing and invoicing processes (in SAP)

  • Support onboarding of new colleagues o Responsible for IT requests and work safety


  • Undergraduate degree / diploma in business administration, communication sciences or a comparable course of study or training (e.g., commercial assistant, business administrator for office management, organizational assistant, or comparable field of expertise)

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in management assistance in an international environment

  • Excellent time management in a high-pressure fast paced environment

  • Absolute confidentiality and reliability as well as a structured and result-oriented way of working

  • Good communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work in team

  • Strong organization skills and proficiency in MS Office applications/tools - especially PowerPoint, Excel and MS Teams

  • Business fluent in English and German
