About the role

As Regional Logistics Manager you woll provide guidance and lead Europe (UK & EU) Regional Logistics, Transportation & Warehouse Operations. You will be part of our Supply Chain Management Organization.

This is your new job:

  • Analyze business requirements, identify today's process vs system gaps, assess alternative solutions, develop the system and process solution to enhance logistics operations performance.
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure seamless logistics integration across all Nexperia business units and network with deliverables to optimize the global logistics total “cost-to-serve”.
  • Establish SOP for effective freight management & logistics operations from both process and cost optimization purpose.
  • Establish, manage and drive continuous improvement of all logistics operations and processes achieve the targets of right quality and efficiency to bring Nexperia's logistics to best practice with each internal & external customer.
  • Manage 3rd party service providers and ensuring efficient operations are executed as per agreement & KPIs to support efficiently the business growth.
  • Management of the entire organizational and technical area of the logistics team.
  • General responsibility for the functionality and performance of the group work, safety and maintenance instructions.
  • Other responsibilities are Inventories & Destructions, Compliance with SoX Control, Audit Management, Logistics Budgeting & Cost Distribution, Europe Return Store, Import/Export Customs Clerance Operations.

This is you:

  • Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or another related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, transportation in a freight forwarding business in an international environment preferred
  • Functional expert of ERP applications, knowledge in SAP WM/MM/SD
  • Strong leadership & people management skills
  • Business fluent in Englisch and German
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • High sense of responsibility & perseverance
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills to solve complex problems
