Learning and Development Partner - Performance & Succession (m/f/d)
The (Senior) Learning & Development Partner - Performance & Succession (m/f/d) defines, manages and drives the global performance strategy and related talent management initiatives at NTT GDC aligned with the business strategy and objectives, ensuring employee development, succession planning and retention efforts are in line with business needs and industry trends.
- Engagement, high performance, and long-term retention.
- Implement global performance management strategy, ensuring employee development is in line with business needs and industry trends.
- Design and implement global Talent Reviews to identify talent and drive development and retention programs.
- Set up a succession planning framework to build a strong talent pipeline ensuring business continuity and leadership readiness.
- In collaboration with Total Rewards and HR Business Partners align global performance systems with business objectives to drive high performance. Ensure consistency in performance evaluations by using globally standardized tools and criteria.
- Build tools, manuals, training and guidelines for employees, managers and HR teams.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of both talent and performance management strategies to ensure alignment with long-term business needs and workforce requirements.
- Continuously monitor the effectiveness of talent and performance programs, ensuring they remain cutting-edge by integrating industry trends and innovations.
- Work with HR Digital and Data teams to deploy technology and systems to drive operational excellence.
- Drive related Talent Management initiatives.
- Master's degree in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong experience in Human Resources, Talent & Performance Management, or other relevant roles.
- Experience in implementing and managing performance management, succession plans and talent reviews on a global level.
- Proven ability to design and steer global HR processes, analyze KPI's and data and translate insights into actionable improvement plans.
- Advanced skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated experience with Workday or similar HCM, including managing end-to-end processes to ensure a seamless and positive user experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to collaborate with teams across different regions, cultures and time zones.
