  • Administrative support: manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings for exec's
  • Communication: research and prepare material needed for the executives, handle correspondence
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation
  • Professionalism: Ensure customers and suppliers are dealt with professionally if in contact with execs
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Effectiveness: ensure the working environment of the execs is seamlessly functioning and people are aware of meetings, meeting places, and priorities

  • Multiple years' experience as an executive assistant for a CEO/ partner/ VP level
  • Outstanding time management capabilities. For yourself as well as for the executives
  • Great organization skills, outstanding in communication and always creating a good work environment
  • Comfortable in a multitasking set-up and capable to think and work in complex environments
  • Ability to take decisions by yourself, but also know when to reach out to others
  • Ability to build a team around yourself and bring a high degree of empathy
  • Ability to handle uncertainty, agility and fast adjustment to changing conditions
  • Ideal: experience within the Otto Group
