Drive innovation in endoscopic and therapeutic solutions as a Project Manager in Hamburg, with a focus on our Chief Manufacturing & Supply Chain Organization (CMSO)—a dynamic unit dedicated to optimizing manufacturing processes and supply chain strategies to ensure seamless product transitions from design to production.


  • As Project Manager, you actively manage projects within the lifecycle domain within our endoscopic and therapeutic business units
  • You and your team will be responsible for transferring diverse changes into production because of product maintenance and cost improvement reasons
  • You will define project plans including timeline, budget and resources allocation, pulling in project members from multiple functions like R&D, Quality, Manufacturing and Regulatory
  • Working within a matrix organization, you will steer and monitor time, cost, people and quality within the managed projects as well as perform controlling and monitoring of financial aspects
  • You will build, manage and motivate teams as well as resolve technical and interpersonal conflicts
  • You will ensure project deliverables (incl. documentation, reporting of relevant project results etc.) and closely align with the project sponsor and stakeholders regarding status and progress

  • Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in leading complex projects within the medical technology environment at a large to medium multinational organization
  • Knowledge of transferring product design to production preferred
  • Project management expertise with certification in project management on IPMA level C / B or equivalent certification; experience as Agile Scrum Master or Agile Coach advantageous
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office 365 and the MS Project application
  • Good communication skills in English and German
  • Proven intercultural and contextual awareness working in blended matrix organizations
  • Organizational and administrative skills and ability to lead and work in collaborative teams
  • Highly motivated with a high level of personal initiative in building effective teams
