Our Automation Team drives efficiency, quality, and innovation by automating complex, repetitive tasks across processes. Our mission is to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and reduce errors, enabling teams to focus on higher-value activities.
As Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of automation-related products and services such as intelligent document processing, AI powered solutions, low-code/no-code and workflow automations or custom developed solutions to streamline business processes and increase efficiency and productivity. Your focus will be on driving product/service outcomes that deliver significant impact for our users and the business.

Your Role

  • Vision and Strategy: Develop and implement product/service strategies that align with the company goals and business demands. Lead discovery activities in cooperation with business to identify business opportunities, assess problems and recommend suitable solutions incl. business case justification. Conduct market research to identify technology trends and opportunities
  • Delivery: Oversee the development and implementation process, including defining service requirements, creating roadmaps and working with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business & IT teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Focus on driving outcomes that deliver significant impact for our users and the business
  • Change Management: Develop adoption strategies, including user awareness, training and communication strategies. Coordinate with teams to ensure successful service launches
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor service performance using key metrics and analytics. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to grow business value
  • Application Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for applications contributing to services. Provide leadership and direction to ensure the application's effective operation and alignment with business goals. Assure resources to run the application (budget, internal capacities, partners)
  • Application Management: Oversee the cooperation with partners and operations, enhancements, performance, compliance/security and documentation


  • Proven experience in product management, service management, or a related role in the area of implementing/operating intelligent document processing solutions, AI/ML solutions and best practice techniques, low-code/no-code and workflow automations and custom development
  • Strong understanding of product/service development/setup processes, agile methodologies, and market trends
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret data and performance metrics to make informed decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences (such as business / non-IT stakeholders)
  • Fluent English and German (written & spoken)
