Senior Business Development Manager Germany (gn)

- Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies for developing business relationships with large financial institutions
- Develop new client relationships and promote our institutional brokerage and custody services to banks, brokers, and asset managers
- Create and manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting to closure, ensuring a healthy flow of business
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings to market demands and compliance standards
- Monitor market trends and competitors to find new sales opportunities and potential threats
- Negotiate and close complex deals to ensure profitable partnerships
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with broader marketing initiatives for consistent brand messaging
- Proven sales track record in technology / financial services / digital assets with a strong focus on revenue targets
- Solid understanding of digital assets regulations and compliance
- Strong ability and ownership in identifying, negotiating, and closing significant deals in a competitive market environment
- Coordinate a strategic approach to large institutional clients, working closely with senior management and subject matter experts to best establish and cover client relationships
- At least five years of relevant experience (two plus years in digital assets preferred)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Analytical skills to track sales performance and market trends
- Established network in financial services with a talent for leveraging relationships
- Strategic mindset with agility to adapt to market dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; advanced degree is a plus; high level of professionalism, integrity, drive, and deep interest in digital assets
- Strong motivation and drive in best servicing clients in collaboration with stakeholders
