You will be part of the run-the-bank department of Avaloq; a team that is going through significant change and evolution, giving you the real opportunity to put your stamp on how we do things. You will help ensure stable platform operations of our Avaloq software and products for our clients by collaborating with clients to assure successful service delivery, analysing customer requirements and solving incidents/issues in productive environment and monitoring. You will be ideal for this role if you like taking ownership and responsibility for your role and sharing knowledge with the wider team and business as a whole.

Your Key tasks:
  • Follow the incident management process end-to-end in a timely manner including triage of incident
  • Impact analysis, troubleshooting and involve/coordinate with other teams
  • Support the development team in implementing features by translating business requirements into technical requirements
  • UAT support
  • Support the onboarding of new bank services in service delivery

Qualifications
  • Proven track record of working within a professional banking role
  • Full professional fluency in English and German
  • Ideally ITIL Incident, Problem and change process knowledge
  • Technical degree in IT or business-related area

It would be a real bonus if you have:
  • Knowledge of Avaloq Core & Front Platform with certification
  • SQL and basic knowledge of Oracle DB
