  • Identify need and requirementens of Global MRO Purchasing, Strategic Focal and Network Lead
  • Development and deployment of standards, buy off of guidelines and tools to enhance collaboration of Global MRO Purchasing
  • Support strong nework among Global MTU MRO Purchasing functions
  • Define, support and get buy-in for global MRO Purchasing IT Roadmap
  • Moderate, set standards creating on Global MRO Purchasing activity (Calls, Contract Concession, One Pager)
  • Create workflow tools for Contract and Document Circulation
  • Support and achieve collaboration of Strategic Focal and Network Lead Role and remaining strategic team
  • Introduction of joined SharePoint platforms for databases (contracts commodity strategy, KPI figures)
  • Identify IT and Global IT market trends for Global Purchasing
  • Support Dashboard functionality across all sites
  • Definition of joint KPIs and in line with MTU MRO CI Layout
  • Support and set Standards for MTU Compliance for MRO Purchasing tasks and topics
  • Support Purchase 4.0 EDI strategy for OV and Spares
  • Strong network and alignment of OEM Purchasing MUC Processes, - IT / SAP projects and Standards
  • Support SAP and Business warehouse application
  • Align Best Practices across Global Purchasing IT, Processes and Projects
  • Consolidate IT and SAP CR demands across all sites
  • Support SC Management Reporting Functions

  • fluent English and negotiation skill

  • Professional leadership to lead global Improvement of Processes and Standardization
