Advisor eCommerce Pet Health International
Position Summary:
Are you a visionary leader passionate about steering growth and innovation in the Pet Health industry? Elanco is in search of a seasoned Senior International Pet Health Growth Manager with profound technical expertise to pioneer our eCommerce strategies and catalyze category expansion across international markets. Reporting directly to the Head of International Pet Health Media & E-Commerce, you will wield significant influence, shaping the organization's trajectory in eCommerce activities while spearheading strategic account management. We are deeply committed to activating Media & E-Commerce platforms to drive tangible results and mold the landscape of our organization. As such, we seek a candidate adept at navigating intricate E-Commerce projects with finesse.
Responsibilities:
As the Advisor eCommerce Pet Health International, you will lead our eCommerce metamorphosis, with responsibilities encompassing:
ECommerce Strategy:
Lead input for the formulation and execution of our eCommerce strategy, serving as a primary conduit with affiliates to ensure the seamless rollout of transformative projects. Additionally, provide hands-on strategic market support for product launches on E-Commerce platforms and engage in negotiations with highly strategic vendors at an international level. Lead the Trade Term Governance for Pet Health International.
Brand Performance Metrics:
Rigorously evaluating the efficacy of eCommerce initiatives against predefined KPIs, guiding affiliates towards target attainment, and refining strategies through insights gleaned from data analytics. Further develop and deploy KPI´s according to market developments. Establish a new Measurement Framework for Region International.
Strategic Partnerships: Cultivating symbiotic relationships with brand luminaries, digital marketing cohorts, and affiliates, serving as the emissary of PH marketing INT within eCommerce spheres, and facilitating cross-country exchanges to foster strategic coherence in both planning and execution.
Digital Innovation:
Lead the transfer of knowledge between global digital marketing entities and affiliates, ensuring the seamless integration of eCommerce strategies into overarching brand strategies, and nurturing a culture of perpetual knowledge exchange to expedite transformational endeavors.
Capacity Development:
Conducting a comprehensive assessment of organizational eCommerce proficiency levels, identifying skill gaps, and orchestrating bespoke upskilling initiatives aimed at empowering affiliates to leverage data-driven insights for strategic decision-making. Furthermore, introduce cutting-edge eCommerce tools to augment analytical capabilities.
Basic Qualifications:
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
German , nice to have
A minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on experience in marketing and Retail Marketing.
At least 7 years of demonstrated expertise in eCommerce, preferably within the confines of a regulated healthcare milieu, spanning sales and retail marketing domains.
Desirable skills and preferences include:
Exceptional communication prowess and interpersonal finesse, facilitating seamless collaboration across multifarious departments and engaging stakeholders at both the global and local levels.
A proven track record of delivering superlative results amidst complex operational landscapes.
A strategic savant adept at seamlessly integrating digital marketing stratagems into overarching global brand strategies.
Astute analytical capabilities, enabling the deconstruction of intricate interrelationships between market research, marketing communications, and fiscal outcomes.
A profound comprehension of eCommerce and retail marketing mechanisms, coupled with a knack for swiftly expanding one's technical purview.
A robust understanding of the Animal Health sector, particularly within the Pet Health domain.
