  • Establishing project governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure that projects align with organizational goals and objectives

  • Developing and implementing project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or a hybrid approach, to guide big Vision Care IT transformation projects execution and delivery

  • Defining standardized project management templates, tools, and techniques to promote consistency and efficiency across projects

  • Managing business demands and implementing a governance process to take the right portfolio decisions, enable prioritization and ensure IT delivery

  • Establishing quality standards and processes to ensure that project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations and organizational requirements

  • Generating project status reports, dashboards, and other communication materials to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, issues, and milestones

  • Monitoring and evaluating project performance against established metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed

  • Preparing, leading and follow-up processing of IT project update calls and governance meetings with several stakeholders from Business and IT

  • Continuously assessing and improving project management practices, processes, and methodologies based on lessons learned and industry best practices.


  • 3-5 years relevant professional experience

  • Graduated in Business Administration, Business Informatics / Business IT, Computer Science or equivalent

  • Strong process management, organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language

  • Proficient in agile Project Management Tools (JIRA/Atlassian, MS Azure DevOps, ...)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, agile project management tools and other relevant software

  • High willingness to learn and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
