For our German location in Salzbergen we are looking for a new member of our team: EHS and Compliance Manager (m/f/d) Your new challenge Compliance Tasks: Responsibility for implementation and further development of compliance topics Responsible for the various activities related to compliance for the Salzbergen site in cooperation with the international compliance team within NIDEC Preparation of the relevant data in order to be able to check compliance with various guidelines Responsible for maintaining the legal register Monitoring measures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Analysing and evaluating new legislative projects and their impact on the company Dual use testing Reach and rohs audit EHS tasks: Implementation of strategic EHS objectives to maximise the safety of all employees Ensuring compliance with and implementation of EHS processes and guidelines, taking current legislation into account, with the support of line managers and the occupational safety specialist. Developing and standardising EHS processes with the support of the occupational safety specialist.
