For our German location in Salzbergen we are looking for a new member of our team: Project Manager (Grid Scale) BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) Your new challenge Lead and manage cross-functional teams on Battery Storage Projects to deliver commitments on schedule, under budget, and exceeding customer expectations. 'Execution face' of NIS: Communicate and meet with customers through the life of each project. Monitor, review, summarize, and communicate the contractual requirements, milestones, and criticalities to stakeholders. Prepare and present reporting of progress and financials of your projects under management. Manage risks and mitigation using NIS Project Management tools. You inspire us with this Education Degree in engineering, Electrical or Electronic. Experience 3+ years direct experience in large scale project management (energy and / or industry). Experience with Electrical, Controls, and Power Electronic applications will be a plus. Working knowledge of IEC and NFPA codes. Project management tools experience - MS Project Server, MS Projects, SharePoint, Power BI SAP environment experience preferred. Skills Fluent in written and spoken German and English. Excellent communication and assertiveness skills. Solution- and result-oriented approach and work reliably both independently and in a team. Strong in organization and decision-making.
