This function offers you the chance to work on one of ZEISS' key group programs that aims to drive harmonization and standardization of processes and structures that define the way how ZEISS will work for years to come.   • Support the business hub lead with administration and coordination of a regional hub as part of a global SAP deployment program

  • Prepare presentations, budget analyses, status updates and workshops

  • Assist in stakeholder communication and preparation of executive meetings, e.g., steering committees, management updates

  • Act as liaison between the hub lead, end-to-end workstreams and external consulting providers within the hub – as well as liaison to the global PMO

  • Develop and refine PMO processes, methods and standards

  • Prepare and maintain hub guidelines and templates


  • University degree in Business Administration, IT or similar with focus on Project Management desirable

  • 4+ years of work experience as well as proven experience of working within a PMO function

  • Knowledge of project management tools and methods

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to engage with project managers and more senior stakeholders within the organization

  • High motivation to proactively own and drive work packages independently

  • Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills and preferably Jira

  • A plus: having a background in strategy consulting

  • Fluent in German & English, both written and spoken
