- We are looking for a (Junior) Group Accounting Manager (m/f/d) to support our team.
- In this position, you play an important role in ensuring the financial reporting accuracy for a company with multiple subsidiaries, segments, and international operations in the renewable energies industry.
- You will work with colleagues across the world in a role that goes beyond traditional accounting tasks.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly group reportings as well as the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Supporting the reporting subsidiaries in all matters relating to reporting and accounting in accordance with IFRS
- Contact person for internal departments and for auditors as part of the annual audit of the consolidated financial statements
- Analysing and preparing the figures for external and internal reporting
- Supporting the master data maintenance in SAP-BO FC and other systems with a focus on the preparation for consolidation (e.g. scope of consolidation), as well as participation in the further development of the financial closing process in SAP-BO FC and in other digitalisation projects
- Supporting the further development of the Group accounting guidelines
- Successfully completed business studies, preferably specializing in accounting, controlling, or auditing
- Professional experience in auditing or group accounting
- Solid knowledge of accounting in accordance with IFRS, HGB and consolidation and interest in working with consolidation tools (SAP-BO FC)
- Strong team spirit as well as problem-solving skills and good communication skills
- Analytical understanding and an independent, structured way of working, with high quality standards for your own work
- Business fluent in German and English
