During your internship at our location in Oberkochen or Munich, you will support our team starting on February 1, 2025 (or earlier) for a period of approximately 4 to 6 months. In doing so, you will gain exciting insights into current projects and global initiatives in the field of leadership development.
It's important to us that you not only take on tasks but also bring your own ideas and actively contribute to projects. This way, you'll gain valuable practical experience, build your network within the company, and develop both professionally and personally.
Your Role
As an intern, you will be a valuable part of our team and support us in various projects —from the initial planning stage to successful implementation:

Workshops and Trainings: Assist in the organization, execution, and follow-up of workshops and training sessions

Project Work: Support our team in diverse projects and actively contribute your ideas

Multimedia Content: Create presentations and communication materials for various target groups at the management level

Innovative Topics: Conduct research on current developments and support us in designing and implementing new initiatives
- Studies: You are enrolled in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, HR Management, or a similar field

Time and Motivation: You are available for at least 4 months, ideally 6 months, and are ready to embark on a steep learning curve!

Knowledge and First Experience: Practical experience, e.g., through internships or projects. You have a very strong skills in MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint, and bring initial experience in creating presentations and analyses

Initiative: You enjoy working independently and are motivated to explore new topics

Communication and Organizational Skills: You have strong communication and organizational abilities

Language Skills: Very good German and English skills for daily work in our team
